The sodium sulfate production technology provided by zyuc is a new production process based on the removal of sulfate in brine of chlor alkali industry. This technology is based on the concentration of sulfate radical by membrane method and the freezing crystallization of sodium sulfate decahydrate to make anhydrous sodium sulfate. The technology has been successfully applied in many chlor alkali production plants, and its core equipment NPE evaporator is specially designed for the characteristics of sodium sulfate, with independent intellectual property rights. 

This technology has the following advantages:

(1) The plant runs stably with low energy consumption; 

(2) The purity of the product is high (purity of sodium sulfate ≥ 99%) 

(3) The special design of the internal structure of the equipment avoids the problems of evaporator wall caking, falling off and pipe blockage. 

(4) Special equipment structure design is conducive to nucleation forming and good crystal structure of the product. 

(5) The device is flexible in operation and can operate stably under 20-150% load. 

(6) The by-product steam of hydrochloric acid furnace ≤ 0.1MPa can be used as heat source to save energy and reduce consumption; 

(7) The special process is simple and easy to operate. 

(8) The system adopts full automatic control, and no manual operation is needed in production.
